UPON YOUR ARRIVAL
MAKE SURE YOU ARRIVE EARLY
There is nothing worse than last minute setup or missing the warm up. Take the stress out of your workout and arrive at least TEN minutes before the scheduled class time.
PLEASE NOTE: we ask that you select a time on the schedule that allows for adequate time to complete proper bike setup in advance. Riders under 18 years of age must have their parent or guardian sign the liability waiver in person even if a new account was created online.
If you are not in the studio FIVE minutes prior to the scheduled start time, it is considered a no show and we reserve the right to assign your spot to another person on the wait list.
FIRST TIME RIDERS
We ask that you let the front desk or your instructor know it’s your first time in the studio. This will allow us to get you acquainted with the loft and your bike before jumping in.
REGISTER BEFORE YOU RIDE
Not signed up before arriving? No worries, but we ask that you complete our NEW CLIENT INFORMATION before class starts.
DON’T FORGET TO SIGN IN
Make sure you claim your bike. If you signed up in advance your name and bike number will be found on the check-in kiosks.
PLEASE NOTE: if you’re not signed in FIVE minutes before class, your bike may be released to a standby rider.
MAKE USE OF STUDIO FACILITIES
We provide our members with a shared bathroom, TWO dressing rooms and numerous cubbies to be used on a first come, first serve basis.
PLEASE NOTE: the studio door is locked five minutes after the start of class for safety reasons. Your belongings are safe in the studio, however, we recommend leaving valuables behind if you don’t feel comfortable with our open storage. We DO NOT have showers.
GET YOUR BIKE JUST RIGHT
Our bikes are pretty simple once you get the hang of them. If you’re new to cycling or experiencing any discomfort while riding, please allow extra time before class to ask the front desk staff or instructor for assistance with proper bike setup:
Seat height (safety)
Fore/aft seat position (safety)
Handlebar height (personal preference)
Fore/aft handlebar position (safety & personal preference)
READY TO RIDE
Check your shoes to make sure they are tight in the cages or clipped in properly. Turn on your monitor and ride.
